PURPOSE:The titled sheet, obtained by blending vinyl chloride resin having a specific polymerization degree with a polyester based plasticizer, dissolving the resultant blend in an organic solvent, forming a film and applying a pressure-sensitive adhesive to one side thereof and having improved external appearance as well as application property though of an ultrathin thickness. CONSTITUTION:A sheet, obtained by blending (A) 100pts.wt. vinyl chloride resin having 500-2,500 polymerization degree with (B) at least 10-30pts.wt. polyester based plasticizer having 1,000-10,000mol.wt., dissolving the resultant blend in an organic solvent, forming a film to give 5-15mum film thickness after drying by a casting method and applying a pressure-sensitive adhesive to give 5-15mum thickness and <=30mum total thickness of the resultant ultrathin film, having improved adhesivity, preservation quality, etc., resistant to nail scratching and impact and capable of giving high-class feeling like a sheet formed by printing or coating.
