PURPOSE:To prevent a road surface from being damaged when a tire rolls on a paved road by installing spikes in free appearance and disappearance onto a cushion corresponding to a tread and allowing the spikes to appear and disappear by the expansion of a high pressure tube installed into the cushion. CONSTITUTION:Two stripes of high pressure tubes 5 partitioned from a tire tube 4 are formed inside a cushion 3 corresponding to the tread 2 of a tire body 1, and air is supplied from an air feeding pipe 10 to each tube. Two stripes of longitudinal grooves 6 for spikes which are opened to the tread 2 and have each check stage part 6a on the midway are formed at the position corresponding to the high pressure tube 5 on the tire body 1. The spikes 8 which appear and disappear according to the internal pressure in the high pressure tube 5 are installed at a prescribed interval through an annular rubber band 12 having a space 12b into the longitudinal groove 6. When the tire rolls on a paved road, the spike 8 is allowed to disappear from the tread 2 surface by lowering the internal pressure in the high pressure tube 5, and the road surface is prevented from being damaged.
