PURPOSE:To obtain drink more effective for health than milk at any time, by preserving a proper amount of specific granular dried milk in a closed state and blending the milk with calcium ion water adjusted to proper pH preserved in another container, if necessary. CONSTITUTION:Total powdered milk from which water is removed is blended with lactose and oligosaccharide well, further mixed with a small amount of linoleic oil of soybean, milk at about 3.8% is stirred and made into a granular state while drying to give granular milk most soluble in water. A proper amount of the granular milk is put in a container and preserved in a closed state. On the other hand, calcium ion water which is adjusted to pH about 10.5 and contains 0.50-0.60mg Ca is sealed in another container and preserved. When necessary, both of them are blended to give drink consisting of 85.6% water 3.0% protein, 3.7% fats, 6.5% lactose, 1.2% oligosaccharide and about 1.5mg calcium.
