发明名称 SPRAY TYPE COMBUSTION DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To eliminate the blowing-off of flame even in case of the change of swirl air flow and at the same time prevent fuel from passing unburnt through a combustion chamber even when the flow rate of the fuel is large by a structure wherein a twin fluid injection device is provided at one end side of an atomizing chamber, which connects to a swirl chamber and to the other end of which a combustion chamber providing with a throttle is connected. CONSTITUTION:An air inlet pipe 4 is connected tangentially to an annular air swirl passage 3 concentrically formed onto a swirl chamber 2 and, in addition, air inlet holes 6 are penetratingly provided tangentially to the inner peripheral surface of a peripheral wall made between the air swirl passage 3 and the swirl chamber 2. The injection end of a twin fluid injection device is penetratingly attached concentrically to one end of an atomizing chamber 7 on order to form an air supply passage 10 at the peripheral position of a fuel supply passage 9, at the tip of which a fuel jetting needle 12 and a cylindrical swirl chamber 13 are formed concentrically to each other in order to introduce atomizing air flow, which flows in the fuel jetting direction of the fuel jetting needle 12, into the chamber. At the tip of the swirl chamber 13, an orifice 15 is provided concentrically in order to atomize the liquid fuel jetted from the fuel jetting needle 12 by means of the atomizing air flow.
