PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centrifugal pump device having improved safety in levitation and rotation of an impeller.SOLUTION: A drive unit for driving an impeller 10 keeps the position of the impeller 10 at the center of the movable range of the impeller 10 in a direction along a rotational axis in a pump chamber 7, by adjusting suction force acting between a permanent magnet 17 and the drive unit with vector control. Consequently, even when a flow velocity, a rotational frequency, a pressure or the like varies, the position in an axial direction of the impeller 10 can be adjusted, while suppressing change of rotational torque of a motor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 20 |
