PURPOSE:To provide the titled compsn. having a high heat distortion temp. and excellent stability against heat decomposition during molding, by mixing a specified arom. vinyl/vinyl cyanide/alpha,beta-unsaturated dicarboxylic acid anhydride terpolymer resin with an ABS resin. CONSTITUTION:10-90pts.wt compolymer (A) having an intrinsic viscosity of 0.3-1.2 (in methyl ethyl ketone at 30 deg.C), composed of 40-90wt% arom. vinyl monomer (e.g., styrene), 30-5wt% vinyl cyanide monomer and 30-5wt% alpha,beta-unsaturated dicarboxylic acid anhydride (e.g., maleic anhydride), is mixed with 90-10pts.wt. graft copolymer (B) obtd by grafting 90-50pts.wt. monomer mixture of 60-90wt% arom. vinyl monomer and40-10wt% vinyl cyanide onto 10-50pts.wt. diene rubber having a glass transition point of not higher than 0 deg.C to obtain the titled resin compsn. having only one glass transition point when measured with a differential scanning calorimeter.
