PURPOSE:To execute reliable self-diagnosis of a memory also in a user's stage by suppressing an interruption to a logical operation part by an information holding means when the error of storage information is detected by an error detecting means holding interruption inhibiting information. CONSTITUTION:A CPU 1 executes logical operation and a ROM 2 stores an initial program. A RAM 5 is divided into plural blocks 51-54 and respective blocks 51-54 are selected by a decoder 6. When the error of storage information in each block of the RAM 5 is detected by a parity checker 7, an interruption inhibiting circuit 9 suppresses an interruption to the CPU 1.
