PURPOSE:To prevent a generation of the transfer missing by increasing rigidity of the supporting parts of the transfer material. CONSTITUTION:The supporting parts 10 of the transfer material which is the constituting element of the transfer drum is formed by jointing a hard layer 22 composed of a hard material to a base layer 21 composed of polyester film, etc. The hard material is composed of a material harder then the material such as the polyester film. The hard material is selected from amoung materials having the characteristic, by which the rigidity of the supporting member 10 composed by joining the hard material with the base layer 21 is made larger than that of the member 10 consisting of the single base layer 21, in same thickness. Thus, the generation of the transfer missing of the transfer material is prevented, thereby obtaining the image having a good quality.
