PURPOSE:To improve the characteristic by connecting an output terminal near both terminals of a resonance electrode of an intermediate frequency filter of a microstrip line having the resonance electrode whose length is nearly lambda/2 while being floated from ground not through a phase inverting transformer so as to eliminate a loss due to the phase inverting transformer at a high frequency region. CONSTITUTION:Intermediate frequency signals 1F, 1F' whose phases are different from 180 deg. are outputted between two output terminals 22a, 22b, and the output terminals are connected near both ends of resonance electrodes 16a-16d of the microstrip line type intermediate frequency filter 10 having the resonance electrodes 16a-16d floated from ground while being floaded from ground. The polarity of the high frequency voltage at the resonance frequency of the resonance electrodes 16a-16d floated from ground whose length is nearly lambda/2 is inverted at both the ends of the rosonance electrodes 16a-16d. Since the phase inverting transformer of the intermediate frequency output stage is omitted, the loss due to the phase inverting transformer 10 at the high frequency region is eliminated and the characteristic is improved.
