PURPOSE:To attain communication between plural terminal equipments with simple constitution by switching an output signal from a level reception section or an output signal from a terminal equipment and sending the result to a line according to the predetermined condition from a line busy signal and a transmission request signal. CONSTITUTION:A level reception section 1, a detection section 2, a switching section 3 and a level transmission section 5 are provided, a terminal equipment 4 receives a data signal and a line busy signal from the detection section 2, outputs a transmission request signal required to send a transmission data signal and sends the transmission data signal to the switch section 3. The line busy signal and the transmission request signal switch the output signal from the level reception section 1 or the output signal from the terminal equipment 1 according to the predetermined condition and send the result to the line. Thus, the mutual data communication is attained with a complicated means to attain the exclusive reception or transmission depending on the condition between the busy signal detected from the line and the transmission request signal from the terminal equipment.
