PURPOSE:To shorten exchange time between remained material and next material so as to improve working efficiency by providing a couple of movable receiving shelves which go in and out while interlocking mutually and backward and forward, temporarily place remained material and wait next material, near a roller conveyor for sending material to processing schedule. CONSTITUTION:When next material 4b is made to wait on a movable receiving shelf 17b on the lower part, at the time of exchange between remained material 4a and the next material 4b, if a hook 11 for transfer, on which the remained material 4a picked up from a roller conveyor 3 is loaded, is only lowered to a chain line position under the condition where a vacant upper movable receiving shelf 17a is in the advanced position, it is not interfered with the next material 4b and the remained material 4a is automatically transferred onto the receiving shelf 17a. Next when the receiving shelf 17b on which the next material 4b is made an advanced position by rotating a disc 2b by half and the hook 11 is elevated as it is, it is not interfered with the remained material 4a and the next material 4b is automatically picked up by the hook 11. Consequently the transfer between the remained material and the next material 4b to the hook 11 can be done by only two processing and material exchange is finished in an extremely short time and the work efficiency can be improved.
