PURPOSE:To quicken the flow of call control information to a customer station side by providing a preferential transmitting part which sends the call control information according to priority. CONSTITUTION:A preferencial transmitting part 5 is provided in a digital subscriber circuit 1 and between given packet data and call control information, it controls the transmission of the call control information prior to the packet data. When signal is set on the specific channel (D channel), the packet data is inputted previously in the digital subscriber circuit because the call control information and packet data are prioritized and the call control information is transmitted prior to the packet data. If the call control information is inputted when transmission isn't started yet by the D channel, the call control information is transmitted to the digital subscriber's line 4 ahead and the call control information doesn't wait by the time when the transmission of the packet data inputted in the customer station by the D channel is over. Thus it is possible not to hinder the flow of the call control information.
