摘要 PURPOSE:To introduce a specimen into a mass analyser from an injection means and forma route passing to column, by such a simple structure that two input ports of the change-over valve in an oven are respectively connected to a specimen gas inflow passage and a carrier gas supply flow passage, and the outlet port thereof is directly connected between the column and an ion source. CONSTITUTION:In the usual GCMS analysis by a gas chromatograph mass spectrometer, a flour-way change-over valve 26 is set to a broken line position and a slight amount of carrier gas is made to flow to a flow passage 31. The carrier gas is made to flow to a carrier gas flow passage 20 in flow quantity necessary for GCMS analysis. next, when a specimen is injected from an injection means 4, the specimen component separated by a column 6 is quided to an ion source 10 through an adaptor 22 and an interface 24. When specimen gas is analyzed, the valve 26 is set to a solid line position. A slight amount of the carrier gas is made to flow to flow passages 20, 31 and a slight amount of He-gas is also made to flow to a parge tin 35. The specimen gas is made to flow from a specimen gas introducing part along with the carrier gas. The specimen gas passes through the first and second ports of the valve 26 to be guided to the ion source 10 through a resistance pipe 30, the adaptor 22 and the interface 24.
