PURPOSE:To execute easy, sure and precise [B]/[F] (material which induces conjugation/material which does not induce conjugation) sepn. by effecting the competitive reaction of a labeling material in a fluid sample, labeled body conjugated with a specific component or the analogous matter thereof and material which conjugates specifically with the specific component. CONSTITUTION:A coloring reagent layer 15 is provided on a light transmissive base 11 and a layer 14 contg. the material B which conjugates specifically with the specific component A and porous reactive layer 0 are formed in this order thereon. The layer contg. the material B is the layer formed by incorporating the material B into a porous medium so as to have a specified area concn. A specified amt. of the material B is eluted therefrom and diffuses together with the sample into the porous reactive layer when a specified amt. and the soln. contg. the labeled body F are dropped onto said layer. The labeled body F is incorporated into the porous reactive layer 9. The porous reactive layer 0 contains the immobilized matter of the material E which conjugates specifically with the labeling material and can modify the signal occurring in the labeling material, thus forming the immunological analyzing element.
