PURPOSE:To improve the discharging quality from a hopper, by roughly dividing a granule into goodness and badness of its fluidity and supplying the granule of good fluidity to the wall side of the hopper while the granule of bad fluidity to the center part when coal or the like is supplied to the temporary storage hopper. CONSTITUTION:In the case of coal, the coal, put in outdoor storage, generally provides worse fluidity than that of the coal put in indoor storage, and the fluidity can be roughly divided into goodness and badness in accordance with the indoor storage or the outdoor storage. In this way, a granule is left as previously divided into goodness and badness of its fluidity, and a hopper supplies the granule of bad fluidity from a central supply port 7 of the hopper while the granule of good fluidity from side supply ports 8 respectively from conveyer systems. The supplied granule is stored into a central part and a wall surface side respectively by guide plates 9. By this constitution, the hopper can improve its discharging quality.
