PURPOSE:To prevent a cylindrical holder from the generation of movement or distorted deformation due to the contraction working of a laser welding part by performing laser welding near a position where the cylindrical holder is brought into contact with a holding block. CONSTITUTION:When a press screw 31 in a screw hole 30 is clamped down, the cylindrical holder 27 is pressed against the inner peripheral area of a cylindrical hole 26 arranged on the opposite side to a bottom surface 25 and fixed on the holding block 24. A portion shown by a mark (e) near the position where the cylindrical holder 27 is brought into contact with the holding block 24 is welded by laser beams so that the holder 27 is rigidly fixed on the block 24. Since the laser beam welding is executed on the position near the contact position of the holder 27 with the block 24, the holder 27 can be prevented from the generation of movement or distorted deformation due to the contraction working of the laser beam welding part. Since the holder 27 is pressed against the inner peripheral area of the hole 26, the laser beam welding can be easily executed without any failure.
