PURPOSE:To make it possible attach and remove a cutting a grindstone without removing a nit and a flange, by dividing the cutting grind stone into more than two pieces, and by forming positioning holes therein. CONSTITUTION:In order to attach a cutting a grind stone, a nut 14 is loosened and a flange 13 is displaced to obtain a space. Then, positioning holes 11c in the cutting grind stone 11 are inserted on locating pins 12 so that semicircular grind stone haves 11a, 11b are mounted. Then the nut 14 is fastened to press the flange 13, thereby the attachment of the cutting grind stone 11 is completed. Further, the removal of the grindstone 11 is made in the order reverse to the order of the attachment.
