PURPOSE:To obtain a device which is used suitably to counter sale by installing devices at respective selling places and then calculating the price of an article when its unit price is set and its weight is measured. CONSTITUTION:Electronic scales 1 (11-14) are coupled mutually by a cable 3 and the 4th electronic scale 14 is coupled with a totalizer 2 through a cable 4. Further, printing devices 51-54 are coupled with the totalizer 2 through a cable 65 and the devices 51-54 are made to correspond to customer-classified keys (input means for inputting attribute data for discriminating article data by customers) provided on the electronic scales 11-15. Consequently, data on the weights, prices, etc., of articles weighed by the respective electronic scales 11-14 are sent to corresponding customer-classified memories of the totalizer 2 through cables 3 and 4 and stored therein, and the weights, unit prices, prices, total price, etc., of articles that customers purchased so far are printed on the devices 51-54 corresponding to the customer-classified keys of the electronic scales 1 where the total prices are found after the customers purchase the final articles, thereby issuing receipts 66.
