PURPOSE:To perform the starting and cancellation of a release with good accuracy and improve the working accuracy of a product by outputting the signal corresponding to the preset release timing based on the number of rotation of a press machine and the arithmetic value of the rotation angle. CONSTITUTION:The preset release start timing and cancelling timing are read by a microcomputer 11. When a microprocessor CPU senses the set release starting reference timing by the interruption routine concerning the rotation angle and the number of rotation of a press machine 1, the signal for release cancellation is outputted to the air solenoid valve 3A for release. In this case, a working material 2 is released from a feed roller 3B and a pilot pin is put into a pilot hole. A release cancellation signal is then outputted based on the set value to cancel the release. With the device of this composition, the accuracy of the product can be improved.
