PURPOSE:To make setting operation simple and accurate, by forming a mounting flange part in an air intake member, while interposing this flange part between a hood panel and an air intake hood, and clamping it to the hood panel with the air intake hood in common. CONSTITUTION:At the time of setting an air intake hood 11, first a spacer 10 and an air intake member 14 are assembled together. That is to say, a hook part 10a is engaged with a holding part 14b, and a concave part 10b is engaged with a first step different part 14c. At this time, a toroidal projecting part 10d is engaged with a round hole of a flange part 14a. Next, the air intake member 14 is set up on top of a setting part 12a, and furthermore the air intake hood 11 is set up on top of that. At this time, a stud bolt 15 is pierced through a bolt hole of the spacer 10, and an end 11g of the air intake hood 11 is engaged with a step different part 10c of the spacer 10. And, a nut 7 is clamped whereby a mounting flange 14a is fixed tight in a state of being compressed.
