PURPOSE:To quickly and simply attain the dial correction of an optional digit one by one digit by providing a means detecting mis-dial correction information and a means deleting the information to execute the correction operation from a telephone set at the time of mis-dialing. CONSTITUTION:A means outputting mis-dial correction information is to an exchange of the dial number store system is provided to a telephone set 1, and a means 2 detecting mis-dial correction information from the telephone set 1 and a means deleting one up-to-date digit in the dial number already received are provided to the exchange. In depressing a button 1a of the telephone set 1 at mis-dialing, the detection circuit 2 detects the mis-dial correction information and a control circuit 4 detects it, then a register 5 is controller to delete the dial number just before, that is, the newest dial number in the already received dial number by one digit. Since one digit of dial number is deleted by one mis-dial correction operation, plural digits of dial number are deleted by plural number of times of the operation.
