PURPOSE:To obtain a multi-functional sound and drawing equipment while the increase of a circuit scale is suppressed by using a circuit effectively at the time of a sound and drawing simultaneous communication and at the time of communicating the data. CONSTITUTION:The sound and drawing data transmitted from a telephone line are sent from a band elimination filter 5 by a hybrid circuit 7. At the time of receiving the drawing data, a switch 10 is connected to a (b) side, sound data are removed from the received sound and drawing data by a band pass filter 9 and the drawing data only are outputted to a modulating/demodulating device 8. The data from a data terminal 17 are modulated to the data of a high frequency band group by the modulating/demodulating device 8, the unnecessary noise occuring at the time of modulation is eliminated by the band pass filter 9 and outputted to a telephone line from the hybrid circuit 7. Next, the data of the low frequency band group sent from an opponent side communicating equipment are sent from the hybrid circuit 7 to the band pass filter 16, the unnecessary noise occuring at the telephone line, etc., is eliminated demodulated by the modulating/demodulating device 8 and sent to the data terminal 17.
