PURPOSE:To execute a time division multiplexing by providing a transmission means for transmitting a multiplexing data signal from a time division multiplexing encoder, and a time division demultiplexing decoder for demodulating a data. CONSTITUTION:A transmission means brings a multiplexing data signal MD to a di-bit differential conversion by a time division multiplex transmission clock fR from a time division multiplexing encoder 3, in a modulator 4a, and by a bundle of 2 bits which are brought to a differential conversion, a subcarrier fSB is brought to a 4-phase DPSK modulation and transmitted by a transmission cable 4b, and brought to a 4-phase DPSK demodulation by a domodulator 4c of a receiving side. A time division demultiplexing decoder 5 selects a digital signal 1 or 2 from a multiplexing data signal which is brought to a 4-phase DPSK demodulation, and demodulates it to an analog audio frequency signal by a transmission rate before the time division multiplexing. In such a way, a clock synchronization of the time division multiplexing encoder 3, and a sample data word of each digital signal source, which is inputted to the time division multiplexing encoder 3 can be executed, and the time division multiplexing can be executed.
