PURPOSE:The titled film keeping improved water resistance and anti-fogging properties for a long period, obtained by coating one side of both sides of a specific non-rigid vinyl chloride resin film with an anti-fogging agent containing aqueous emulsion of a specific hydrophobic acrylic resin, etc. CONSTITUTION:One side or both sides of a non-rigid vinyl chloride resin containing an ultraviolet light absorber and an organic phosphoric acid ester are coated with an anti-fogging composition comprising both (A) aqueous emulsion of hydrophobic acrylic resin having 35-80 deg.C glass transition temperature obtained by subjecting A1: 60-100wt% monomer consisting of a (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester (e.g. methyl acrylate, etc.) or monomer mixture of the (meth) acrylic acid alkyl ester and an alkenylbenzene (e.g. styrene, etc.) and A2: 0-40wt% another alpha,beta-ethylenic unsaturated monomer (e.g. acrylic acid, etc.) copolymerizable with the component A1 to emulsion polymerization and (B) inorganic colloidal sol, etc.
