PURPOSE:To increase an amount of member to be unwound from a reel, by fixing a shaft having a leaf spring A locked to it to a hunger, disposing a rotating body capable of rotating with a reel around the outer circumference of the shaft and disposing a leaf spring B together with the leaf spring A around the rotating body, the leaf spring A confronting the leaf spring B and other ends of both the springs being integrally locked. CONSTITUTION:When the extreme end of a hose 14 is gripped to permit the hose 14 to be pulled out, a rotating body 16 having coil springs B, B' locked to it begins to rotate together with a reel main body, whereby the coil springs B, B' are wound to rotating bodies 6, 6'. At the same time, a coil spring A connected to a connecting plate is wound toward a shaft 3 having its other end fixed. Therefore, an amount of the hose or the like to be pulled out can be further increased by a plurality of free rotating bodies and connecting plates disposed in an intermediate portion between the locked portion of the spring A and the rotating bodies 6 and 6'. In addition, since a number of winding of coil springs in series is reduced, rigidity of them can be fully demonstrated.
