PURPOSE:To save operator's trouble, by providing measured moving distance signal producing means with each winding support member and causing a control unit receiving signals from said means to store the present positions of respective winding support members and to select support members to be moved to positions corresponding to a newly set slit width and positions and to select moving means. CONSTITUTION:A pulse generator provided with each winding support member produces a signal of a moving distance or a position to be applied to an input unit 27 of a controller 14.
