PURPOSE:To reduce both a packing space and a hardware quantity and at the same time to facilitate easy change of the program correction, by using an exchange type IC card storing a program and its correction information as a program loading medium. CONSTITUTION:An exchange type IC card 8 contains an EEPROM9 storing the program to be stored in a program memory 7 and an EEPROM10 storing the correction information on the program stored in the EERPOM9. Then the card 8 is connected to an address bus 2, a data bus 3 an a control bus 4 respectively. Thus the program stored in the EEPROM9 is loaded down to the memory 7 by the control program stored in a PROM5 when a power supply is applied. The program correction is carried out when the correction information on the generation designated by the contents of a generation number switch 6 is read out of the EEPROM10.
