PURPOSE:To accurately confirm a receiver even whether the receiver is put on the breast or the waist by providing a control means changing the display direction of information displayed on a display means displaying visual display information. CONSTITUTION:The display information of the display section 72 is confirmed while the receiver is put on the body at reception by utilizing a clip so as to put on the radio selective call receiver with display function to a waist belt. In putting on the receiver to a breast pocket of a jacket, a receiver main body 71 is put into the pocket, the clip is brought out and the receiver is used to be inserted into the pocket. In carrying the receiver onto the waist by using a waist belt, the display shown in figure (a) is attained. In carrying the receiver in the breast pocket, a changeover switch S2 is turned on to change the display direction by 180 deg. as shown in figure (b).
