PURPOSE:To enable reduction of thermal stress, by a method wherein the one end of an outer peripheral wall is joined to a tail pipe through a bellows, and the end part on the bellows side of the outer peripheral wall forms insertion structure in that it is slidably insertable in the tail pipe. CONSTITUTION:A cooling cover plate 2 is situated to the outer periphery in a position in the vicinity of an outlet 10 of a tail pipe 1. The the end part on the outlet side of the cooling cover plate 2 is inserted in a groove 6 formed in a tail pipe outlet frame 3. The cooling cover plate 2 is joined with the outlet frame 3 through a bellows-form seal plate 7. Joining of the cooling cover plate with the outlet frame through the seal plate 7 having low rigidity and allowing wide deformation enables reduction of thermal stress produced due to a difference in thermal expansion between the cooling cover plate and the tail pipe 1.
