PURPOSE:To make it possible to suppress uprising and diffusion of odor generated within a toilet stool and to quickly discharge odor to the outdoor by providing a suction port leading to an exhaust air duct on the lower side of a toilet booth, a blast fan discharging air in a toilet booth to the outdoor, and on the upper opening of the toilet booth a smoothing plate covering the same. CONSTITUTION:When a blast fan attached to an exhaust air duct 10 is actuated, air within a toilet booth A is sucked into the exhaust air duct 10 through a suction hole and discharged to the outdoor. Air on the upper side of the toilet booth A flows downward toward the suction port 11, and air on the upper side of the toilet booth A flows downward. Further air upward of the toilet booth A flows into the toilet booth A through a smoothing plate 12. Accordingly, when a toilet stool 7 is used and odor is generated in the inner part of the toilet stool 7, the downward airstream prevents odor from rising up and diffusing. Hence, odor is sucked into the suction port 11 and dicharged to the outdoors /trough an exhaust air duct 10.
