摘要 PURPOSE:To control the distribution of grain toward radius direction at high accuracy by charging raw material from furnace center part toward furnace wall direction in grain size dividing charging method and controlling inclined angle of a distributing chute as becoming the charged raw material to the specific piling angle. CONSTITUTION:Coarse grain raw material 3 and fine grain raw material 3' are once stored in furnace top bunkers 6, 6' respectively and at the time of the already charged raw material 7 reaching the prescribed stock level 8 by descent of load, first the coarse grain raw material 3 is charged into the furnace through the distributing chute 11 and next the fine grain raw material 3 is charged into the furnace. Then, charging of each raw material is set so as to increase by the inclined angle theta of the distributing chute 11 in order from large to small and from the furnace center part to the furnace wall. Further, at least one of among the inclined angle theta of the distributing chute 11, number of rotation at each inclined angle theta, opening degree of the lower gate valve 9 is controlled to become <20 piling angle of the charged raw material surface. In this way, at the time of charging the different raw materials, controllability for distribution of the piling quantity in the radius direction and the circumferential direction for the raw material after charging is improved.
