PURPOSE:To execute heterogeneous work so efficiently, by connecting plural conveyors having plural types of a work station reading pallet information to a multistage storage conveyor in a loop, and conveying a work part storing work conditions with a pallet. CONSTITUTION:Plural conveyors 9 and 10 are connected to each other in parallel, and work stations 1-3 and 4-6 performing heterogeneous work are set up there, while each pallet information reading-rewriting device 14 is installed in respective these stations 1-6. Work conditions for a work part are stored, mounting this work part on a pallet, and it is delivered by a delivery elevator 8 from a multistage storage conveyor 11. The pallet, whose pallet information is read out (16) is conveyed to the conveyor 9 or 10 by the information read (16) via a branch conveyor 12 and a transfer unit 17. The specified work is carried out at these work stations 1-6, and information on the work part is rewritten (14), then it is put back to the multistage storage conveyer 11 by a storing elevator 7. With this constitution, work is performed and conveyed efficiently even in case of such a pallet that is different in work conditions and processes.
