PURPOSE:To reduce a floor occupying area by providing a recessed part for hangingly holding a bolt neck part on a lifting device installed on a rotary shaft and providing a recessed part for inserting a washer on a rotary transferring member installed on said rotary shaft. CONSTITUTION:A rotary shaft 3 is vertically supported by a base board 2 which is integrally formed with a base 33 on which a parts feeder body 1 is installed, and the rotary shaft 3 is reciprocatingly rotated by a required driving device 4, with its rotation angle being restricted. A lifting device 5 and a rotary transferring member 6 are installed on the rotary shaft 3, and a recessed part 7 for hangingly holding a bolt neck part is provided on the lifting device 5 and is faced to the terminal end of a bolt transferring passage 8 of a parts feeder, at the rotation starting point of the rotary shaft 3. And, the recessed part 9 for inserting a washer of the rotary transferring member 6 is faced to the terminal end of the washer transferring passage 19 of the parts feeder, at the rotation starting point of the rotary shaft 3. And, the washer inserting recessed part 9 is faced to the starting point of the transferring passage 11 for a bolt and washer combined body of the parts feeder, at the end of rotation point of the rotary shaft 3.
