PURPOSE:To efficiently form case information by storing reference data necessary for the formation of the case information in a memory device and using a sentence structure analyzing program to form the case information by conversational processing. CONSTITUTION:Data such as parts of speech, conjunctions, plural forms, comparative degrees, and the superlative degrees of respective words are stored in a reference dictionary data file 100 in an external storage device. Case information is formed on the basis of an example in an example file 101. The kinds of case codes and the order of the case codes easily appearing in each preposition are stored in a case code setting file 102. The case information formed by conversional processing on the basis of the sentence structure analyzing program 110 by using these files 100-102 is stored in a case information file 103.
