PURPOSE:To provide a long-life premixing type burning device having no fuel impregnation and no tar adhesion and also excellent back-fire preventive and heat-resisting properties by a method wherein a flame port is constituted by open holes having small bores and being closely spaced and also the surfaces of the members of this flame hole port are wrapped in a heat-resisting membranes. CONSTITUTION:A flame hole port 9 is made in such a way that silica-sol is added as bonder to silica-alumina-made staple and they are moulded into plate shape and sintered to make a porous thin plate 9a to which a number of blow holes 8 with 1.5mm bore are pierced and then their surfaces are wrapped in a high purity silica membrane 9b having about 10mu thickness. Further, in addition to the both surfaces of the plate 9a, the circumferences of the holes 8 are converted by the membrane 9b and the membrane enters into a porous part and hence, the rigidity and strength of the plate are improved to be able to make the plate thin. Therefore, the back surface temp. of the part 9 can be kept at a temp. where liquid fuel can be effectively prevented from dewing and backfire.
