PURPOSE:To accurately measure a leakage current by connecting the non- reversal input terminal of an operational amplifier to a terminal to be measured and to a power source for measurement and connecting the reversal input terminal and the output terminal of said amplifier to the power source terminal of the circuit to be measured. CONSTITUTION:In order to measure the leakage current of a protective diode 5 on a Pch side of a CMOS 1, the power source 9 for measurement is connected to the input terminal 4 and a voltage is impressed to the terminal 3 of the power source of the CMOS 1 by the operational amplifier 10 to become equipotential to the voltage inputted to the terminal 4. In this way, adjusting the current flowing in a pull down resistance 8 at zero, the leakage current of the Pch protective diode 5 is thereby accurately measured.
