PURPOSE:To provide the titled apparatus enabling simultaneous synthesis of different kinds of plural DNA, etc., by stacking a plurality of flat-plate rotors each having plural circular flow channels as reaction chambers and providing the stacked rotors with rearrangeable liquid flow channels, rotating means for the rotors and liquid- feeding means. CONSTITUTION:The present apparatus 1 contains a plurality of stacked flat-plate rotors 2 each having plural circular flow channels 4, 8. Either one of the channels plays the role of reaction chamber 3 to hold a material to be reacted. A plurality of rearrangeable interconnected flow channels 4 are formed by a reaction part 6 formed by the rotors 2. These rotors 2 are independently rotated around a central axis 5 under sliding action by a rotating means. The apparatus is further provided with a group of liquid feeding lines 10 to feed different kinds of specific liquid and with a group of washing liquid feeding line 11 to feed the same washing liquid at the same time. Both line groups are connected to one of a mutually interconnected plural liquid flow channels 4 by a liquid supplying means. Different kinds of plural DNA or RNA can be synthesized at the same time by the use of a reaction apparatus 1 having the above construction.
