PURPOSE:To obtain the desired number of copies of receiving original by recording and outputting the receiving picture data corresponding to a secret code for the prescribed number of copies being inputted and instructed when the inputted secret code is compared and collated with the secret code stored into a secret code memory part by a secret code comparing collating part. CONSTITUTION:A receiving control part 10 stores a received secret code to a secret code memory part 1 and stores the picture data received corresponding to the secret code into a receiving picture data memory part 2. Next, the secret code and the number of codes to record and output from an operating part 9 are key-inputted. A secret code comparing collating part 3 reads the picture data corresponding to the secret code from the receiving picture data memory part 2, informs a storing part 6, restores them to the original picture data before the band compression is applied and informs a recording part 7. The recording part 7 records and outputs the number corresponding to the number inputted from the operating part 9 and held at a holding part 4 of input of the number of copies.
