PURPOSE:To prevent completely the running-away, collision, etc., of a pickup moving body by constituting so that the screw feeding part of a driving shaft and a feeding clutch can be separated and providing an elastic member between a facing pickup moving body and a device frame when the pickup moving body is close to the device frame over the shifting scope. CONSTITUTION:Guide bars 7a and 7b to guide the shifting of a pickup case 4 are arranged onto a unit plate 8 and has a spring 12 for return between the pickup case 4 and the unit plate 8. Even when the pickup case 4 runs away and is close to the unit plate 8 which is a device frame, a feeding screw 10a of a feeding shaft 10 and the screw feeding part of a clutch 6 are separated, the round bar-shaped part of a shaft edge part 10b of the feeding shaft 10 and the screw feeding part of the clutch 6 run idle, the spring force is loaded to the spring 12 for return during the running-idle condition, and it can be prevented that the pickup case 4 collides with the unit plate 8.
