The invention relates to a device for cleaning, spraying, treating and processing surfaces, vessels, devices, drinking water vessels, filter systems, water treatment systems or the like by means of low-viscosity media conveyed in a flexible tube (23), by means of a lance, out of a nozzle (37) in a nozzle mount (25). In said device an actuation apparatus (6) is inserted into the flexible tube. In this arrangement, the lance consists of a tubular holder (1) from which pipe sections (2) and nozzle mount (25) can be withdrawn into the working position. The tubular holder (1) and pipe sections (2) consist of plastic, in particular a fibre/synthetic resin laminate. The actuation apparatus (6) is, furthermore, to be held by at least two supports (9) which receive it and are made of flexible material. <IMAGE>
