摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of a heat exchanger by preventing a refrigerant from being partially over-heated, and an apparatus from being abnormally heated up, by providing refrigerant passage components having vertical passages on the outer surface of a heat transferring partition cylinder, making the inside of the expanded slant of a heat transferring partition cylinder a combustion chamber, and by providing a number of heat transfer fins on parallel and closely faced surfaces of which insides consist of combustion gas passages. CONSTITUTION:A liquified refrigerant being fed into inlet header pipes 15 through a refrigerant inlet pipe 19 is dispersed to a number of longitudinal passages 14 from the lower parts of refrigerant passage components 13. First the refrigerant absorbs heat, not only radiation heat of combustion flames but also convection heat actively through the expanded slants 11 surrounding a combustion chamber 21, and it sufficiently heats the refrigerant in the thermally connected longitudinal passages 14, composed of refrigerant passage components 13, from the lower parts near the inlet header pipes 15. Then the heated liquid refrigerant starts vaporizing and evaporating, producing bubbles in the liquid. The heat is also absorbed efficiently from a fluid on the heating side, flowing through a combustion gas passage 22 because heat transfer fins 17 are provided on parallel and closely faced surfaces 12, namely, the upper parts of the passages 14. The refrigerant in the passages 14 is heated further by further increasing the heat absorbing efficiency by providing slits 18 on the heat transfer fins 17.
