PURPOSE:To automate the warming of a high pressure turbine wheel chamber and steam regulating valves by controlling warming valves at main steam stop valves on the basis of the 1st stage rear pressure and inner wall temperature rising rate of a high pressure turbine. CONSTITUTION:Warming valves 11-13, 45 are provided at main steam stop valves 6, 7, 9, 10 on the upper stream side of steam regulating valves 14-17. And, the 1st stage rear pressure sensor 2, the 1st stage rear inner wall temperature sensor 3 and the 1st stage rear outer wall temperature sensor 4 are provided at a high pressure turbine 61. At the starting time of warming, the 1st stage rear pressure of the high pressure turbine is made to rise at a fixed ratio, and when the rising rate of the 1st stage rear inner wall temperature becomes within a specified value, the change rate of the inner wall temperature is fixedly controlled, and when the 1st stage rear pressure rises to the pressure equivalent to warming completion, pressure is fixedly controlled.
