NEW MATERIAL:A compound (salt) expressed by formula I (R<1> is alkoxy, acyloxy, acylamino, etc.; R<2> is H, halogen hydroxy, alkoxy, aryloxy, etc,; A is 2-trialkylaminoethyl). EXAMPLE:1-O-Octadecyl-2-acetyl-3-thioglycerol-3-phosphorylcholine. USE:An anti-inflammatory and analgesic agent, antiallergic agent and agent for cardiovascular systems as well as respiratory organs. PREPARATION:For example, epibromohydrin expressed by formula II is reacted with an alcohol to alkylate the 1-position and then converted into a disulfide with NaSH. The hydroxyl group at the 2-position is then acrylated to give a compound expressed by formula III, which is reacted with SO2Cl2 and dimethyl phosphite and successively NaI and ethylene bromohydrin to provide a compound compound formula IV. The resultant compound expressed by formula IV is then reacted with trimethylamine, etc., to afford the aimed compound expressed by formula I.
