PURPOSE:To obtain rice cake of cream puff making the most of characters of Japanese cake and a cake, by covering cream puff with rice cake. CONSTITUTION:The interior of cream puff patty is packed with cream to prepare cream puff having reduced inner space part. Then the cream puff is compressed and frozen in the state as it is to give cream puff having enhanced outer pressure resistance, which is covered with rice cake.
