PURPOSE:To prevent the slip between a skin made of synthetic resin material and a ring body made of synthetic resin by fixing the skin onto the ring body through high frequency welding. CONSTITUTION:The skin of a synthetic leather 14 which is fleshing-treated with a soft foamed resin sheet 13 is wound onto a rig body 12 made of the synthetic resin which is molded and covering-formed onto a ring iron core 11, and the skin edge polymerization part is welding-connected through the high frequency welding. Further, a welding pattern part 40 is formed onto the proper places, if necessary. Since the skin 14 is fixed by the welding connection with the ring body 12, the both skin edge parts are formed integrally through welding, in the welding connection part, and formed into the recessed state in comparison with the non-welded part, and the appearance of patterns is permitted.
