PURPOSE:To prevent the formation of scratches and cracks on a brittle thin plate material by separating the brittle thin plate material such as ceramics from the pallets which are arranged and inserted, thus certainly transferring the material onto other pallet, etc. without generating damage on the surface of the material. CONSTITUTION:A resin 6 which is thermoset after printing is formed onto the surfaces of an arranging and inserting pallet 2 and a brittle thin plate material 1. After an elastic sheet 3 is superposed in this state, a receiving plate 4 is superposed further, and set onto a separating plate 5 having a projecting plate. When the receiving plate 4 and the separating plate 5 are closely attached, the material 1 can be separated without receiving damage on the surface, by the deflection of the elastic sheet 3 from over the pallet 2. After the reversal in this state, the pallet 2 is demounted, and a transport pallet is closely attached again, and the receiving plate 4 and the elastic sheet 3 are demounted, and the material 1 is arranged and transferred onto the transport pallet to be transferred. Therefore, the brittle thin plate material 1 can be transferred in the arranged state onto other transfer pallet without receiving damage on the surface part.
