PURPOSE:To reduce the power consumption and yet improve the air flow rate by building a hollow chamber containing multiple heat generators within a storage tank, and installing a driven rotary unit to the rotary unit of at least one of heat generators on its exhaust side so that the rotation of the rotary shaft of the driven rotary unit can drive the other heat generators. CONSTITUTION:When a rotary unit 4 rotates in a casing 1, gas moves from a gas inlet 2 to a gas outlet 3. In response, the pressure is reduced between a gas influx control means 11 in the casing and the rotary unit 4, causing a continued rotation and heat. By the action of the driven rotary unit 6, the discharge of warm air from the gas outlet 3 is promoted, and the rotation of the driven rotary unit itself functions as a substitute for a fixed barrier to form a kind of a pressure-regulated chamber 14 with the casing 1 and gas influx control means. Since the rotary unit 4 rotates under a reduced pressure, the fluid resistance is reduced, causing a reduction in energy consumption due to the power supply to a motor 5. And, by rotating other rotary units by the rotation of the driven rotary unit 6, warm air at a constant temperature is supplied into a storage tank 61.
