The invention relates to a food tray, food box or like device 1,2 for serving food dishes intended to be eaten from one or more bowls 6 or the like whilst these are placed on the device. Cutlery and the accumulation of packaging on the limited depositing surface of the device takes up a large amount of space and produces a risk of glasses or bottles being overturned while the food is being eaten. This drawback has been alleviated by the fact that, in the device according to the invention, a side edge 3 on the device is provided with an elongated pocket 4 hanging down from the side edge 3 and made from thin, watertight material, which pocket extends along the principal length of the side edge 3 and is dimensioned to be able to accommodate at least cutlery and a napkin and which is arranged to be pivoted up to a storage position on top of the device before and after eating. <IMAGE> |
