PURPOSE:To permit the bilateral and back-and-forth tilting operations of a soil discharge blade to be performed easily by a method in which oil-pressure cylinders are connected through a counterbalance valve to an oil-pressure valve between a blade and a support frame and an oil is sent thereinto. CONSTITUTION:Oil-pressure cylinders 81 and 82 are connected through counterbalance valves 11 and 12 to an oil-pressure valve between a blade 4 and support frames 31 and 32. When oil is sent into the cylinders 81 and 82, the blade 4 takes a backwardly tilting attitude or a forwardly tilting attitude. The blade 4 is then put into bilateral tilting operation by constraction of the cylinder 81. The cutting edge of the blade 4 can thus be altered to forwardly tilting or backwardly tilting operation by a single action manner and the blade 4 can also be simple bilaterally inclined.
