PURPOSE:To rapidly read out recorded plural data groups by the shortening of a travel time due to the reduction of the travel of a reader, by providing plural same managing information groups on a discoid information recording medium. CONSTITUTION:Plural data groups 3 and 4 on the discoid information recording medium 1, and managing information groups 2a-2c which represents the individual recording position of the data on plural recording media are recorded in a concentric shape, and the same managing information groups 2a-2c are recorded on the plural areas of the discoid recording medium 1. And when plural data groups 3 and 4 are read out, the reader is moved to the managing information groups 2c nearest to the reader out of the plural managing information groups 2a-2c on which the position information of the data group 4 to be read out at the next stage. In this way, is is possible to reduce the travel, and to rapidly read out the data group by shortening the travel time.
